SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship every day Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We have two shipping methods to choose from including Standard and Priority Shipping.

* Please understand that heavier or bulkier items may require additional shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed dates, only estimates.

Business Days are Monday through Friday - There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed on any of these days will be processed on the next business day.

Standard and Priority Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day following the date of the order.

 
Overnight Shipping orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

International orders may require tax and/or tariffs, duties or other taxes. BacheloretteBaby.com and Seven Eleven, LLC, will not be held responsible for any charges arising from the importation of goods. All applicable foreign taxes are to be paid by the consumer.

Items are subject to customs inspection and/or confiscations by foreign governments. BacheloretteBaby.com is in no way responsible for delayed or confiscated packages. It is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of your governing entity. Certain foreign states, provinces and countries prohibit the sale of, use of or importation of adult toys and novelties.

International Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. While most do arrive within 10-14 business days, certain rural areas of the world may take longer to arrive.

Please note that international selected shipping fees are NOT always accurate. There may be a slight increase in shipping due to your delivery address. In the event your shipping fees are more than what is on your invoice, we will contact you and let you know what the difference is and to inquire about how you would like us to proceed with your order.

There are absolutely NO guarantees on International shipments.

All packages shipped to our customers are shipped either by UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Mail. Packages are shipped in plain white boxes or in each shipping carriers respective packaging with no distinctive marks, list of contents or return address labels that would elude someone of the package contents. BacheloretteBaby.com name WILL NOT appear anywhere on the packaging and only will appear on the content receipt tucked away inside a sealed package. The return address will have the name Seven Eleven, LLC listed on the outside of the package.

Some products ordered at BachelorettBaby.com may not meet the standard shipping criteria due to abnormal size, shape or weight. These products will be clearly identified in the product description on the product detail page. Products that require individual additional shipping charges may not appear during checkout due to the complexity of the actual shipping amount associated with your individual delivery address. You will be notified by email of the exact total necessary for additional shipping of these items once we have determined the actual cost from the selected shipment carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain states have restrictions on possession of adult products. You are responsible to find out any local laws that this restriction applies to. Please check local laws for such restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact us via phone or email. In most cases your replacement item will be on its way to you before we receive your return.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are: 
 
• Mechanically Defective. 
• Unopened – a 25% restocking charge will be assessed for any return that is not mechanically defective. 
• No refund will be issued for any product if it is not returned within 30 days of the original order date. 

* We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns at our discretion.

* We reserve the right to determine whether a product is returnable. 

Customer Protection

To protect you and your personal account information, we employ SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card, password, name and address to us in an encrypted code.

We consider all customer information private and confidential. We never share customer information with anyone for any reason. We do not sell or distribute email or mailing lists, and we do not send unsolicited mail or email.

Back Order

Your order will ship as soon as the backordered item is back in stock. We will notify you by email when an item is on backorder. Backordered items will be charged unless we receive notice of cancellation of that item. We will credit any credits due upon receipt of cancellation email. You are free to cancel backordered items by sending an email with your order number.  Your backordered item, will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.

Cancellations

All cancellations MUST be requested within 24 hours of original date and time of order OR before your order is placed in “In Progress” status.
